The kids and I all got Scott tickets to a Nabraska verses usc game for his birthday in June. We had to spend a lot to get these tickets. In fact I put some money towards the boys tikets for thier birthdays because it was so expensive. All that money and they still had nosebleed seats. However Scott was thrilled and a bit emotional when he opened the tickets. He has been a huge Nabraska fan since he can remember and the it has rub off on the boys! Derrick came down here on Friday then he and Scott left to meet Dustin at Dodger stadium for the Friday night game. It took them nearly five hours to make a three and a half hour trip because of the traffic. They also sat in nose bleed seats there too but they said they haf great fun anyway and in fact they met some Nabraska fans there. The Dodgers did win that night! I guess they have lost the last couple of games. They went back to Dustins that night then after lunch the next day they went to the L.A. Coliseum. It was thrilling I hear. They said there was almost as many Nabraska fans (at least where they were) as there were USC fans! Scott read on the internet when he got home that out 92,000, 35,000 where Nabraska fans! As you can see they had a great time. I was glad the three of them got to spend the week end together. I don't remember the last time they just hung out together! It was boys weekend out and what better boys to spend it with then your sons!
